Getting started
How do I make my first reel?
Tap New reel, pick your clips (up to 100), and choose AI decides or I'll choose. Rollcut watches every shot and gives you three finished versions in about a minute.
Which iPhones work?
Any iPhone on iOS 26. Speech-based features like captions and talking cleanup work best on iPhone 15 Pro and newer, where Apple Intelligence runs on the device.
Do my videos get uploaded?
No. Rollcut edits on your iPhone. Your clips, audio and captions stay on the device.
Editing
Can I change what the AI made?
Yes. Swipe between the three versions, then use Edit to trim, split or reorder moments, Looks for color, Captions for the style, and Voice to record over the reel.
My talking video had silent parts.
Make sure you're on the latest version. Rollcut keeps the audio whenever someone is talking. If it still happens, use contact or Profile → Report a bug in the app, and tell us roughly how long the clip was.
Why are captions missing?
Captions need on-device speech recognition. The first time, iOS may download its speech model in the background. Leave the phone on Wi-Fi for a few minutes and try again.

Every paid plan makes unlimited reels, with no credits. Without a plan you get 3 free reels every week.
How do I cancel?
If you subscribed in the app: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rollcut. If you subscribed on the web: your Rollcut dashboard → Plan & billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds, except when a billing problem was our fault. See the Refund Policy and email billing@userollcut.app.
Account
How do I delete my account?
Sign in to your dashboard → Settings → Delete account. Or contact us with the topic Privacy and we'll do it for you.
How do I use Rollcut on a team?
Pick the Team plan, then invite people from the dashboard's Team page. The plan includes 3 people; each extra person is $9.99 a month.
Troubleshooting
It's stuck while making my reel.
Very long or 8K clips take longer. Keep Rollcut open, or tap Keep browsing and it will finish in the background. If it doesn't move for 5 minutes, report a bug from Profile → Report a bug.
Saving to Photos failed.
Check Settings → Rollcut → Photos allows adding photos, and that your iPhone has free space.
