Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026

The short versionRollcut edits your videos on your iPhone. Your clips, their audio, the words you say in them and the finished reels are not uploaded to us. We keep only what we need to run your account: your plan, how many reels you've made, and what you choose to send us. We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

This policy explains how Master Software Solutions LLC ("Rollcut", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Rollcut iPhone app, the Rollcut web dashboard and userollcut.app (together, the "Service").

Your videos stay on your iPhone

When you make a reel, Rollcut analyzes your clips on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks: Vision (faces, framing, sharpness), Sound Analysis, on-device speech recognition for captions and talking cleanup, and Apple Intelligence where available. That processing happens on your iPhone. We never receive your videos, photos, audio, transcripts or finished reels.

Rollcut accesses only the clips you pick. The microphone is used only when you record a voiceover, and the recording stays on your device.

Auto-posting is planned but not yet available. When it launches, a reel you schedule will be uploaded so it can be posted to the accounts you connect. We'll update this policy and ask for your permission first.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, usage history, team membership and feedback attachments within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons (such as transaction records). Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years so we can follow up on past issues.

Your rights and choices

We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. See Your Privacy Choices for how to make a request, or delete your account yourself from the dashboard. We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and the security features of our providers. No system is perfectly secure. Our providers may store data in the United States or other countries, and we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers where the law requires them.
